District Two Diversity Achievement Award Categories
- Industry Career Achiever – an individual demonstrating a high level of accomplishment in his or her career.
- Industry Influential –a leader and or corporation who has been instrumental in promoting career opportunities for minorities within a specific industry.
- Role Model – an individual demonstrating a high degree of success in his or her career and motivating others to do the same.
- Educator –an individual or company who has increased awareness of the aspirations, obstacles and performance of minority groups among the general population.
- Trendsetter –one who provides enhanced perception of diversity group personae and establishes new routes to convey the same to the general public.
- Corporate leader –a leader who creates senior management commitment and implements successful organizational diversity programs for the company.
